The PF7 line pan retains all the benefits of the proven PF6 line pan – like the replaceable trough and the wear-resistant deckplate. Furthermore, it also provides replaceable bottom race wear plates and the new Jumbotrack 3000 shearer haulage system for heavy-weight shearers. Additional features are shear load bearing pins and an improved pocket strength. PF7 face conveyors are built for production capacities of up to 6 200 tonnes (6,834 tons) per hour.

The HBT PF7 conveyor line pan is especially designed for high-seam, single-slice coal cutting operations in seam heights of more than 6 m (19,68 ft) with heavy-weight sheares (140 – 160 tonnes /154 – 176 tons).
